Job Description: – Service Manager
Manage a team of engineers and ensure that service level agreements are met and appropriate qualitative standards achieved
You will be in constant contact with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement processes to ensure that a high quality service is provided to our customers Look to enhance the reporting structure so as to ensure the early identification of issues and Analyse engineer productivity and activity and make recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness Train Service Desk staff to ensure that support is provided in a consistent manner Implement staffing and scheduling models to ensure guaranteed coverage to the business Ensure that regular training and appraisals are provided to staff to ensure that each member of the team is able to provide the best level of customer support Carrying out other project work when necessary
