Evening Technical Support – GPRS
Our client is Galway based and they are leading Fleet Management company who are currently recruiting to add to their Evening Technical Support team. The current position exists on evening shift, typically 3pm to midnight. They will join an existing customer support team providing support to customers in Europe and US. Ideally you will need or have understanding of PC networking hardware/software concepts and knowledge of Vista, Windows 7, Server 2003 and 2008.
Mandatory Skill sets;
* Experience of wireless vehicle telematics products and/or wireless data systems.
* Experience of GPRS/GPS products.
* Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electronics Engineering.
