Our client organises an international conference and exhibition focused on the Microsoft product, SharePoint, the business collaboration platform for enterprise and the internet. An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive / B2B Sales Executive to join their team.

The successful candidate will benefit from excellent scope for career progression.

As a Sales Executive / B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing all sales activity for the annual event, including sponsorship and exhibition sales as well as group/delegate sales.

Your duties will include:

– developing and maintaining a sales prospect database
– generating and qualifying leads
– preparing sales plans and maintaining records and reports on sales activity
– making sales calls to new and existing clients
– developing and making presentations of company offerings to current and potential clients

To be considered for this position, you must have B2B sales experience gained within the IT sector.

Additionally, as a Sales Executive / B2B Sales Executive, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. An organised and target-driven persona is also key.
