We are a leading business telecommunications specialist offering a fully converged communications portfolio of fixed line, mobile, voice and data products to over 5000 clients. In December 2010, we were delighted to report the Group achieved record sales up 7% to £96.2m, record pre-tax profit increased 30% to £9.2m and record levels of cash to £12m. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to retain and develop a portfolio of approximately 60 existing key clients. This is a pro-active office and field based role, maintaining the commercial relationships with major clients whilst exploring opportunities to up and cross-sell a range of products. The account base is mainly within the M25 circular and you will be required to be in the office no more than 2 days per week and the rest of your time either spent in the office or out on client visits. You will be supported by office based executives who will deal with the operational issues leaving you free to concentrate on developing the client relationship and providing solutions which best fit their changing telecoms needs. The office is located on a riverside location near Wandsworth Bridge, Battersea (SW11) which is a short walk from Clapham Junction station. A keen business mind, a positive approach to the client relationship and an ability to build long lasting commercial relationships in a business to business environment is essential. Previous telecoms experience would be advantageous but demonstrable account management experience within a target driven sales environment is essential.
