They are currently looking for a Storage/Unix/Virtualisation Infrastructure Consultant and this is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded team of infrastructural experts.

The Role:
The candidate will be a Senior Infrastructure Consultant in an Infrastructure Consulting practice in the Irish marketplace, with one of the Tier 1 IBM / VMware Business Partners.
The ideal candidate would be comfortable working at consultancy-level on the management and configuration of IBM AIX and VIO, but also ideally have had some exposure to Linux or HP/UX.
A good knowledge and hands-on experience of enterprise class storage platforms is a requirement as well as a variety of other hardware platforms particularly Blade systems.
They would also have experience of implementing backup and recovery solutions, particularly on IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM).
The ideal candidate would also have exposure to virtualisation products, most notably VMware or HyperV. Finally, the ideal candidate will have a number of technical certifications in storage, Unix & virtualisation.
The candidate will be required to work as part of a multi-skilled Infrastructure consulting team working on chargeable projects, so should be open to learning new technologies, and should be prepared to work for multiple clients on a variety of infrastructure projects. Also should have a chargeable professional services / consulting, client-facing background.
