This is an international BPO company. They have some of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding clients in the world. In this challenging and rewarding opportunity you will a contact point for new and existing clients. You will use your superior business analysis skills to scope and new finance projects and initiatives.

This role will involve:
– Analysis of current business processes to find the most efficient and effective business rules and procedures for the client in question – find ‘ best practice’ for clients
– Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
– Operate independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
– Drive and challenge internal/external clients on their assumptions and critical success factors to successfully measure success.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
– Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the service delivery teams through which requirements flow.

Experience:
· Qualification: Degree in Business or IT is preferable.
· Experience in identifying Finance requirements is preferable
· BACP – BA Certification Program is desirable.
· 6 years experience is desirable.

Salary / Remuneration: 55 – 65 bonus, insurance, pension, phone, laptop
