Technical Project Manager

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER – ITALY

Located permanently in Italy, This role reports to the Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project manage and deliver projects
Ascertain the risks and actions for each project
Liaise with the relevant project managers, technical staff and other personnel on projects
Interact with the regulated market authority and be the interface with the regulated authority and the regulated technical authority

DELIVERABLES
Produce the relevant documentation associated to the projects, including technical documentation
Update the relevant process and documentation
Communicate effectively with staff members and follow up on improving outcomes
Regular communications to all departments
Certified product in the regulated market

SKILLS
Proficient in either Prince 2 or other project management methodology
Ability to work in hostile environments and provide non-biased consulting
Ability to work in an unstructured problem-solving environment and devise plans and solutions
Ability to link & apply technical solutions to solve business requirements
Flexibility and self-motivated to solve problems
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Strong leader who thrives on leading others in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment

EXPERIENCE
Computer Science degree or similar relevant degree
Ideally 3 years practising as a project manager in a technology based high pressured development environment.
Ideally 3 years operating within a technical capacity in a high pressured development environment working remotely with multi-national teams across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
Understanding of new technologies utilised on the web, preferably an ex-developer
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
