One of Irelands leading organisations is seeking a Head of IT at their head quarter offices to focus the technology vision to align with the business strategy by integrating appropriate processes across the technology landscape. Therefore as the Head of IT you will be responsible for the IT infrastructure across the company developing and maintaining the Information and technology policies throughout the department whilst being responsible for a large budget.
Further information on the role can be offered on application but for this Head of IT position the company requires:
* Participation technical design and review.Â
* You will verify system functions satisfy business requirements through unit testing.Â
* All tasks and activities will be outlined through project plans.
* Manager vendors and solutions with regards to software.
* Create budgets for areas such as network operations.
* You will come from a strong decision making and problem solving background because these are integral to the role.
Core technology knowledge will be in following areas Support, System performance management, networking & security, PCI, Oracle, Windows, Linux, Cisco, IDP/IDS. Your CV must show a strong technical background and ideally be from an e-commerce background.
