Company:
Our client is a global business within the outsourcing, managed services and telecoms industry. They work with both public and private sectors across the UK and have a large presence within NI.
Role:
* § This individual will work alongside the Business Director and Solutions Architect, to evolve an upgrade roadmap for the current IT solution which will incorporate the following applications, including Oracle, Cognos, and Readsoft.
* Provide management and guidance to other IT experts in the in the various applications both internal and external to the programme to achieve the delivery of the upgrade product set to a specified time, budget and quality
* Secondary role to assist the Business Director and Solutions Architect in to evolve a shared services model across the clients Northern Irish programmes.. This will involve:
* Strong experience in ITIL methodology
* Excellent client negotiation and communication skills
* Leading on workshops with the various delivery and support teams across each programme to arrive at an integrated and supportable solution
* Upkeep and maintain client relations and provide professional support to all client issues.
* § Change handling and management for the programme
Skills:
* Oracle Financials 11.5.10.2 with particular emphasis on PO, iProcurement, AP and Inventory, Workflow 2.6, OA Framework, Oracle Forms 6i and Reports 6i, Project management and Project Delivery, Readsoft, Cognos
Essential:
* The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate strong experience and responsibility for applications integration and delivery gained from previous contracts
* The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate how they interpreted business requirements for a large scale client in the private and/or public sectors to arrive at a successful IT solution
* The successful applicant must have very strong experience in application development and support, gained on large scale private and public sector IT programmes
* The successful applicant must have demonstrable evidence of excellent client negotiation and communication skills
* The successful applicant must have an in-depth technical and functional understanding of Oracle Financials 11.5.10.2 with particular emphasis on PO, iProcurement, AP and Inventory
* The successful applicant must have an in-depth knowledge of best practices in Incident, Problem and Release management and general ITIL best practise experience
* The successful applicant must have very good experience of Project management and Project Delivery
* The successful applicant must have demonstrable experience in managing service delivery teams in a challenging client facing environment
Salary:
£65,000 – £70,000 Per annum Benefits
