Our client, a very successful and rapidly growing business have a requirement for a number of Instructional design / Quality and Content Specialists for immediate vacancies.

Responsibilities:

Content Specialist activities
Participate in day-to-day Instructional Design activities on projects.
Collaborate with others to develop learning solutions for a global audience of investigators, site coordinators etc.
Ensure published content is of the highest standard and instructionally sound.
Contribute to product enhancements and new product development.

Quality Analyst activities
Carry out on-screen functional reviews (and subsequent regression reviews) of training modules and other related products
Carry out testing to ensure sites function correctly and are in line with specification
Carry out other ad hoc functional or editorial reviews that may be required per project
Drive issue resolution for problems identified during functional review ensuring issues have been prioritised, assigned, and ultimately closed
Ensure the project has been conducted according to the Quality process and project methodology
Actively participate in post-project evaluations

Actively contribute to teamwork by being demanding of both self and team;
Assume individual responsibility for own deliverables and deadlines
Assume collective responsibility for successful on-time completion of projects
