Key Responsibilities
* Accountable to an ROI Delivery Manager, responsible for the implementation of ICT / business transformation programmes to business customers within the Republic of Ireland.
* Ensure that their ICT / business transformation programmes within the Republic of Ireland are completed on time, within budget and to quality.
* Engagement with key stakeholders in Sales and Solution Design communities ensuring that delivery sign-on and sign-off of key bids is completed, enabling proactive resource forecasting and ensuring smooth transition of bids from pre-sales to delivery
* Ensure that all of the transition activities in respect of delivery / testing to service are completed in advance of the disengagement of the delivery / testing organisations
* Ensure that best practice programme / project management methodology is implemented across all delivery activities within scope
* Ensure that quality and test management processes are implemented across all delivery activities within scope
* Ensure that there are sufficient resources in place to deliver all delivery activities within scope including engagements with third party suppliers
* Monitor and track the utilisation of resources across the programmes / projects in scope
* Ensure that development opportunities exist for resources across programmes / projects in scope
* Engage with the customers at senior levels to ensure delivery objectives are achieved measuring quality and customer satisfaction
* Build relationships with all external suppliers and partners engaged in the delivery of programmes / projects in scope
* Financial Management of all delivery budgets for programmes / projects in scope
* Ensure revenue is generation through timely and accurate billing linked to the completion of key delivery activities
* Generation of additional revenue through change request process
* Approval of change requests, from a delivery perspective, across programmes / projects in scope
* Escalates to the ROI Delivery Manager issues as required
* Escalation point for the Project Managers on day to day Delivery issues
* Attendance at customer meetings to review delivery progress as required
* Attendance and /or chair monthly supplier programme boards as required
Essential Skills Required
* Five years experience of delivering large, complex contracts on time, within budget, and to quality and management of in-life service levels
* Must have proven ability to apply relationship management skills and to be able to build and own customer and stakeholder relationships at senior levels
* Expert understanding of concepts, procedures and application of programme / project management and an extensive knowledge in other subjects or disciplines, which are relevant to the content of the programme.
* Experience of managing the financial performance of programmes including demonstrable evidence of delivering profit improvement plans and improving the financial position of those programmes
* Relevant experience in related areas, MBA or professional qualification as appropriate to the role
