We are seeking Business Analyst for our Tralee based client. Working in their e-Moneyger Cash Management team which develops and supports tactical and strategic IT projects.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, gathering detailed business requirements and working with the delivery teams to provide high quality solutions within strict time constraints. You will facilitate workshops, produce functional requirements documentation and work with the multiple teams to produce detailed system specifications and test plans. At all stages of the development the Business Analyst will maintain communications between the business and development teams, validating requirements and ensuring the scope of the deliverables are aligned with the expectations of the business. The business analyst is also responsible for working with the business and technical stakeholders to define service level agreement and ensuring the production environment operates within the service level. They will work with end users and technical teams to address any production issues, report on the performance of the applications and own any changes required to bring applications or processes in line with end user expectations.
Skills Required:
We are looking primarily for an experienced business analyst skilled in stakeholder management with experience in a cash management or banking environment. The successful candidate should be comfortable dealing with both business and technical teams and have strong communication skills. 3-5 years of experience in the following:
– Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
– Business and Technical Stakeholder management
– Prioritizing, Negotiation, Setting and Managing expectation
– Project Management, Planning, Tracking & Reporting
– Requirement Determination and Validation
– General Banking knowledge and in particular cash management applications
– A willingness to learn new systems and keep up to date with banking solutions and regulations
Skills Desired:
– Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
– ETEBAC, MULTICASH, ISABEL, BACS, SWIFT, EFT, SEPA
– Knowledge of best practice
– Experience of supporting UAT
