Our industry leading client who boast some of the most advanced technological sites in the country and some of the most exclusive client contracts, are now looking to recruit a Service Reporting Analyst. You will provide admin and reporting support to the managed services team.
Job requirements/responsibilities:
– A minimum, of 2+ years experience in a service management environment
– Design and produce key SLA reports, providing detailed information on the level of performance against contracted key performance indicators
– Analyst existing performance and map out any trends that may effectively be hampering the service level
– A service management foundation in ITIL (or similar) is highly desirable
You will be initially brought in on a 6 month basis but the role will go permanent after the 6 months.
