.NET Developer

As a .NET Developer, you will be involved in the design, development, deployment, and support of custom infrastructure applications. You will collaborate with other team members in an open and empowered office environment and will be responsible for driving results on a multitude of exciting projects. You will be responsible for managing your time in accordance with aggressive development deadlines, budgets, best practices, and a quality / delivery methodology that includes development standards

Skills & Experience

Essential skills:
– Must have working knowledge of .NET 3.5 WINFORM ASP.NET and Ajax
– Expert Level in C#
– Working knowledge of JAVA
– Strong skills Microsoft environments (.Net, Windows 2003, Windows XP, IIS)
– Experience developing multi-threaded web applications using C#.
– Experience developing large-scale enterprise database applications.
– SQL Server and XML, JavaScript

Personal Characteristics:
– Excellent communicator
– Self-motivated
– Multi-tasking abilities
– Ability to problem solve high pressure issues
– Ability to mentor and direct junior members of the team.

Other skills of interest:
– Additionally, you must possess strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to work under minimum supervision.

– Although not essential, full project life cycle experience would be a distinct advantage to your application along with exposure to use cases and structured test plans, as would knowledge of Unix or Linux. A BSc or MSc in computer science, engineering or mathematics would also be beneficial.
