[b][red]Job Summary:[/b][/red]
The successful candidate will lead the Asset Management team while reporting to the ITTE Manager and liaising with the Asset Manager. This is a customer facing role based in a thriving multinational telecommunications company.
The Asset Management team is responsible for recording all company assets and manages support contracts. The teams also support delivery management of Customer orders through to hardware installation and commissioning to tight timelines.
[b][red]Key Tasks & Responsibilities:[/b][/red]
• Responsible for the overall management of delivery services to the customer
• Manage Vendor order process from initial order through to hardware installation and commissioning
• Develop and implement innovative work flow processes to lead to increased efficiencies with regards to costs and turnaround time
• Develop , manage and nurture relationship with the Vendor
• Responsible for the management of the Asset Management team through regular reviews of daily tasks and the monitoring of team progress
• Compile and submit progress update reports to Line Management with regard to overall team performance
• Provide regular updates to company Vendor
• A client facing image and personality are paramount

• Presentable, confident with a proactive approach
• Excellent organizational skills, communication & interpersonal skills and commercial acumen
• Possess a highly analytical approach to problem solving
• Process oriented with strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge and use of technical terminology
• Proven track record of previous management/supervisory experience
• Experience in supply chain management required
• Knowledge of project management an advantage, not essential
• Ability to prioritise workload in line with departmental objectives
• IT/technical mindset is important however this is a senior team lead position and there will be a substantial process flow and people management responsibility
