This will be a 6 month contract initially based in their North London office.

You will work as Level 2 Support Engineer in a Windows environment and will also assist with some new Projects.
Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd Level Telephone & Deskside Support on all PC & Laptops (Windows 2003, XP), including troubleshooting and setting-up new users;
Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve many network outages and application problems in a busy environment;
Troubleshooting and providing support in LAN and WAN environment;
Troubleshooting printer problems
Assisting and supporting remote access services.
Requirements:
Third Level Qualification or Microsoft Certification is highly desirable.
2 years experience providing 2nd level IT Support on Windows XP / 2003.
Strong understanding of LANs, WANs, AD, Outlook 2010, DNS and DHCP, routing.
Experience inspecting, repairing & setting up printers.
Strong knowledge of the following technical skillsets:
Windows XP and Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2003 & 2010, SCCM, Active Directory, Bloomberg, Windows Networking, VPN,
