A fast growing international multidisciplinary technology group is looking fora Contract Manager with Warranty Expertise to RELOCATE for a long term and very large scale project in the Gulf Region.
The Contracts Manager will be responsible to fulfill the warranty commitments on a large integration project.
Responsibilities:
• Administer warranty scope and policy, recommend on future agreements.
• Monitor vendors warranty performance and ensure compliance with Warranty policy & procedures.
• Sending out warning alerts and reports (end of warranty, spare parts etc…)
• Manage the warranty team
• Supervise warranty cost control.
Requirements:
• Experience in managing large warranty contracts
• Managerial experience of small professional team
• Experience operating CRM/ERP applications
• BSc in relevant fields (business/finance, supply chain/logistics, law)
• Fluent English
