Network Support Engineer
This role is with one of Ireland’s biggest network solutions companies. The group requires an experienced Network Field Engineer due to a continuously increasing customer base. This role is based in South Dublin.
Role:
Provide Telephone, Remote Access & On-Site Technical Support to Clients
Gain the opportunity to enhance your ability to trouble-shoot issues relating to Servers, PCs, Laptops and Printers to include Connectivity, Email, Security, Permissions, Backups etc.
Become a market leader in installation & configuration of Servers, PCs, Laptops, Routers and Printers
Requirements:
Experience of Windows Server & Windows SBS 2003/2008 and Exchange Server 2003/2007
Experience of Installation & System Administration of Windows 7 and XP
Experience of Routers, Firewalls, VPN Set-Up & Configuration
Excellent problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
Full clean Driving Licence is essential
Package:
Salary is €30,000 – €40,000 DOE, plus company car, VHI and 22 days annual leave
