The primary functions of the role are to provide 2nd level support to the assigned customer base, detailed problem analysis and to manage escalation to third parties as required within the role primarily working on customer IPT deployments but will assist from time to time in the data networking MPLS installations and NOC cover.

Role:
Opportunity to enhance your skills in problem management for IPT network solutions, including remote troubleshooting and diagnosis.
Interaction and co-operative ticket management with other helpdesks, both internal and external.
Opportunity to engage in proactive monitoring of customer networks using network management tools and procedures.
Opportunity to implement vital new customer IPT solutions from a network and management perspective.
Improve your troubleshooting and administration of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange services.
Further your experience with installation and on-going support of Voice Gateways, Cisco Call Manager and Unity Voicemail
Requirements:
2 years experience in an IPT Support environment
CCNA (Voice preferable)
Voice – TDM experience of integration with IPT environments
Package:
£35,000 – £38,500 basic salary plus 10% bonus and 20 days annual leave
