The candidate is required for the development and enhancement of numerous customer facing platforms and applications. You will encompass all aspects of the scrum master role.
Requirements
6 years experience in a similar project management role, preferably in a fast paced service delivery environment. Agile Development Tools proficiency (such as Greenhopper) Experience in managing multiple projects Managing technical resources experience. Extensive hands-on experience in producing and grooming backlog, creating release plans etc. Experience working with Technical Product Management Teams, experience and exposure to the some of the following technologies, .Net, Java App, J2EE, SQL, Client server based environments Ability to work with 3rd party vendors
Desirable
Analytical Skills Previous project leadership/management experience. Ability to manage relationships with internal customers Ability to drive consensus among various internal stakeholders and team members. Risk and issue management exposure Project reporting in an agile environment. Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills
