Responsibilities
• Design, develop and maintain customer documentation for telecommunication systems.
• Liaise with software development teams to identify key documentation project deliverables and produce documentation estimates based on key deliverables.
• Design, develop and maintain Online Help files for deployment with web-based applications.
• Co-ordinate document reviews with software development teams.
• Conform to documentation standards and practices set by the documentation team.
• Review customer documentation for peer writers.
Experience
• Associated degree.
• At least 3 years experience in a Technical Writing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working both individually and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of job-associated software (FrameMaker, RoboHelp, MS Office).
