Our Client is a large global organization headquartered in Dublin. They require a highly motivated and driven Senior Manager to lead their IT Operations, Infrastructure and Support function on a global basis. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing and supporting a global IT operation with an annual budget in excess of 20m.
Responsibilities:
Ownership of the IT support organisation including helpdesk, 2nd level support, desktop support, datacenters, telephony and networks.
Manage IT support staff.
Manage third party vendors.
Contribute to IT strategy and execution as a key member of the ICT leadership team.
Requirements:
A seasoned manager with over 8 years senior IT management experience.
Strong leadership skills.
Proven ability to delivery complex IT projects.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business or engineering.
Substantial stakeholder management experience at executive level.
Experience of managing large scale, offshore IT teams would be an advantage.
