Software Applications Support Specialist
Matrix Digital & IT are currently recruiting for a Software Applications Support Specialist. This role is ideally suited to someone with 1 – 2 years experience in an IT helpdesk.
Responsibilities
• Remote support of clients (full training is provided)
• Work on ad hoc projects which will increase your technical knowledge
• Perform all day to day activities associated with running a busy helpdesk
If you satisfy the following criteria please apply for this role asap
• Third Level IT Qualification: with minimum of 2:1 (BIS, Computer Science, Computer Systems Management)
• Minimum 350pts in Leaving Certificate
• Knowledge of windows applications
• Knowledge of SQL
• Software Helpdesk Experience a plus
