A Scrum master is needed for my world renowned Client. The Scrum master will become the Tech Scrum Master and will join a leading telecommunications provider and help deliver a next generation world class software system. As the Scrum Master you will be leading 4 teams of 9 Java Developers and be developing in a full agile process using Scrum methodologies.

The Scrum Master will play a key role in the delivery of this solution which will be used 320 companies in 150 countries and managing well over 1 Billion subscribers.

The Scrum Master should have experience in deployments with cutting edge Java J2EE technologies where you will be part of the development in a full agile process using Scrum methodology

The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading teams producing high quality products using an Agile framework. This position will work as part of an Agile team to solve problems and deliver projects in a fast paced environment.

• Facilitate, coach, lead, drive and motivate teams of Java Developers.
• Communicate with key members of the team to ensure that this mission critical project is delivered.
• Ensure concepts, practices and procedures.
• Work with Agile methodology
• Gain excellent exposure with multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• This is a large scale, next generation, global project

Scrum Certification

Overseas candidates are welcome but you need to be eligible to work in Ireland (EU) and you should have fluent English and excellent communication skills. Interviews will be done by remote tools (Skype / Phone)
