Quality content specialist:
Min. 2 years’ experience managing/editing online content
Knowledge of editorial standards
Participate in day-to-day Instructional Design activities on projects.
Experience in software testing/functional reviews an advantage
Willingness to take on extra tasks and responsibilities as part of a production team which may include development tasks.
Quality content specialist requirements:
Carry out on-screen functional reviews (and subsequent regression reviews) of training modules and other related products
Carry out testing on client portals ensuring that they function correctly and are in line with specification
Drive issue resolution for problems identified during functional review ensuring issues have been prioritised, assigned, and ultimately closed
Ensure published content is of the highest standard and instructionally sound and ensure the project has been conducted according to the Quality process and project methodology
Contribute to product enhancements and new product development and actively participate in post-project evaluations
Collaborate with Project Managers to upload components to study portals and FSB management.
Assume individual responsibility for own deliverables and deadlines
Assume collective responsibility for successful on-time completion of projects
Ensure standards and work practices are maintained across teams.
