Knowledge & Skills
Lead and inspire a dedicated team of test publishers and testing analysts who build key critical exams for professionals to be delivered in a computerised format and deliver end to end QC before those exams are released to the field.
Assign, track and guide workflow to ensure the timely completion of all team exam assignments and projects.
Facilitate internal team status and prioritization discussions; also participate in cross-team status and prioritization discussions
Participate in the development of program implementation plans, including exam definition and scheduling as appropriate.
Monitor performance of Test Publishers & Test Analysts and provide guidance for individual improvement and growth.
Work with senior manager to implement team processes. Make recommendations / implement process improvement plans and executes as appropriate.
Responsible for recruitment, selection and development, conducting performance reviews, and handling sensitive personnel issues to maintain a productive work environment with high levels of employee satisfaction.
Ensure the security of test content during the publishing and quality processes.
Create and maintain positive internal and external client relations. Work with Client Services staff to effectively manage, communicate and meet client exam production requirements. Escalate and address production issues.
Lead the analysis of client requirements and work with our technology teams to devise technology based solutions
Ensure proper source control procedures are followed by teams through utilisation of our in house source control applications

Qualifications & Experience
Ability to motivate and provide leadership to a technical work force in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience of managing teams of 7 members, working on global projects – experience interacting with and managing remote teams an advantage.
Good communication and problem solving skills; detail oriented, flexible and thorough
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Must be self- directed and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Positive and professional image and interaction with clients as well as internal staff
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of handling a variety of complex tasks simultaneously.
Must have positive can do attitude and be able to think out of the box.
Good overall technical skills; working knowledge of MS-DOS, Windows and a wide variety of IBM PC software, including advanced MS Office skills
Knowledge of HTML, VBScript, Javascript, and XML a plus
Project experience in a product-development setting (preferably software) a plus.
Experience with PC software, including MS-Word, MS Project, TFS, Windows, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Visual Studio and graphic packages
