My client, a major multination with Irish offices based in West Dublin and a profit of over €350million last year, is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for you to expand your technical expertise in an organization that values and rewards hard work and is well known across the world. Ideally you will have the experience which is stated below but as always there is some degree of flexibility.
Ideal profile:
* 3 years technical writing in the IT industry
* Experience working with help management tools and knowledge of creating video content through use of tools such as Madcap Flare and Captasia
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to motivate those working with you
* Ideally good experience with on-demand learning services and computer-based training
