Enterprise People are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a leading client based in London. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Technical Support Analyst will join our client’s Support Services team who are responsible for remote systems support and maintenance of our client’s mission-critical systems that are deployed at customer facilities around the world. The Technical Support Analyst will resolve customer issues, troubleshoot systems and liaise with internal teams to ensure all requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world class leader in their field as they ramp up their newly established London office.
The Technical Support Analyst will have:
A 3rd Level IT Qualification
2+ Years Technical Support experience
LAN/WAN experience
Good Windows Server Support experience
Good Hardware Support experience
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
