We have been recruiting IT specialists since 1988 and given our business-focused technical background and expertise with the leading technologies in use today, we therefore understand the type of resources needed by our clients.

[b]We are looking for a person with:[/b]
• 3-5 years IT recruitment experience – ideally in a similar IT environment
• The ability to meet with clients and understand their business requirements
• Ability to negotiate offers and terms of business and closing sales
• Ensuring sales targets are achieved on a monthly basis
• Business Development – generating new business through networking, canvass calls, client visits, marketing & promotional work
• Proven experience presenting at a stakeholder level
• Excellent understanding of Social Media
• Significant Interviewing experience
• Outstanding relationship builder
