Merchant Security Analyst

As a Security Analyst, you will be an expert on the company's IT security team promoting data compliance across the product line. The main tasks required of this role entail:

Preparing product training guides for customers (merchants and banks)
Identifying process improvements internally aiding both design and architecture
Supporting software development including code reviews, security testing and threat modeling
Protecting both network and application security across mutliple platforms

Teamwork:
Engage collaboratively with internal security team
Liaise proactively with marketing colleagues
Interface with external customers and vendors online and offline
Document and explain technical details clearly and concisely
Comply with project timelines and procedures across the SDLC

Technical Essentials:
Understanding of cards and payments industry
Knowledge of intrusion detection systems and tools
Expertise with network architecture and security infrastructure placement
Facility with programming/scripting languages
Awareness of operational information security protocols
Interest in digital forensics
Familiarity with host based security tools
Practice with secure mobile development
Industry qualifications beneficial such as GIAC and/or CSSLP
