In a nutshell we are a team of about 80 people and we specializes in all things to do with Microsoft. We are talked about by clients, people in the industry, partners and some of our competitors because we build world-class business solutions on Microsoft technology. We are located right in the heart of Dublin city just a hop, skip and jump for the LUAS, DART, bus and rail networks.

Core technologies required for the Technical Engineer Role: Infrastructure

Windows Server installation and configuration
• SQL Database installation & management
• Using Windows PowerShell to Manage Servers
• Experience with authentication and security technologies
• Experience with DR and HA solutions
• Server farm and Network Security
• SAN Storage
• MS Server Farm Administration & Maintenance
• System load balancing.
• Experience with SSRS, SSAS and SSIS an advantage
• Experience with AD & ADFS, hybrid solution experience an advantage

In addition, experience with or exposure to support the following solution types is desirable:

• SharePoint farm infrastructure installation, configuration and optimisation an advantage.
• Comprehension of SharePoint logical and physical architectures an advantage.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Features & capabilities
• Planning and implementing a service application architecture for SharePoint
• Upgrading or migrating SharePoint farms
• Monitoring and maintaining a SharePoint farm environment
• Portal design and implementation
• Document Management
• Information Rights Management
• Knowledge Management
• Content Management
• Collaboration Tools

From our offices based in Dublin city centre you will frequently be required to travel to and work on client sites constantly expanding your knowledge and experience.

Required Behaviours and Personal Skills:
• 3rd Level Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Strong Problem solving skills
• Good Communication Skills, written & verbal
• Ability to work on own initiative and deliver to tight deadlines
• Enjoys working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
