Technical Solutions Architect

As a Technical Architect you will be joining an established team that design, implement and deliver enterprise scale C# .Net based software solutions to extremely high standards. In this role you will be responsible for designing and delivering quality technical solutions which are fit for purpose. Within the Architect role you will take ownership of the technical delivery, providing technical leadership through the entire life cycle. The job requires close interaction with Business Analysis, Development, QA, and Support teams leveraging Microsoft .Net and open source web technologies to develop and maintain the system at an advanced level, while bringing innovation and maintaining best practice through our environment.
Although we primarily use C# we always consider candidates coming from either Java or C++ backgrounds who are willing to migrate across to C#. Net.

• Working with other Solution Architects / Technical Architects
• Defining solution concepts and architecture
• Creating saleable, resilient, secure, cost effective solutions
• Leading projects team through project life cycle
• Proactively offering advice, guidance and thought leadership to clients

The ideal candidate will be an experienced software developer with a deep appreciation of the value of agile, automated build, testing and one-touch deployment.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in a software development distributed environment.
• 2+ years as a Technical Architect
• .Net C# or Java equivalent experience essential
• Appropriate 3rd level qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent Documentation skills
