PFH are looking for Installation Field Service Engineers for 6 months contract
Installation Field Service Engineer

The role will be responsible to provide PC and printer installation services.

Responsibilities and Duties
Activities include but are not limited to:
• Developing product expertise
• PC and Printer installations, Data copy, Imaging.
• Incident and client management (meeting call targets, call referrals/escalation etc)
• Machine personalisation, re-imaging, and associated deployment tasks
• Inventory updating and quality control
• Installing IT peripherals on client desks
• Maintaining procedural documentation

Experience
• One – two year’s experience as a Computer Engineer.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including Exchange 2008/2010 and
Server 2003/2008
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) .

Education
Third level IT Qualification
Certifications Completed:
Microsoft Certified Professional
HP Desktop and printer certified
Lenovo certified

Attributes of the Candidate
Energetic self-starter with a positive/flexible attitude.
Solution orientated with very good problem solving skills .
Ability to communicate at all levels (verbal and written).
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities.
Attention to detail.
Full Driver licence required
