This market leading boutique compliance consulting is expanding their Security Consulting offerings and are in need of experienced technical IT Security Specialists from Consultant to Principal Consultant level who can run end to end security engagements with their international client base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and delivery of technical security consulting engagements to their client base. Employing advanced verbal and written communication skills, in-depth technical background and the ability to explain security, the consultant will progress business opportunities from conception to completion.

Responsibilities include management and delivery of consultancy engagements, strategic direction and management of the consulting portfolio and mentoring to other employees. International travel will be involved.

Essential Experience:
– Previous consulting experience highly regarded
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational/project oriented/consulting Information Security discipline.
– CISSP, CISM or CISA certification highly regarded (or willing to qualify)
– Expert knowledge of Information Security principles and practices.
– Broad understanding of key industry regulations and standards
– Broad understanding of IT Security principles including technologies touching data, physical, business process, system integration, E-commerce.
– Advanced project, analysis, problem solving, and business relationship skills
– Good interpersonal and consultative skills.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and manage the timely delivery of projects
– Solid presentation, writing and communications skills.
– Ability to relate security controls to typical business requirements
