SQL Server DBA - Dublin
Exciting new role just opened in Dublin fora SQL Server DBA within a global SaaS platform. You will work autonomously alongside a team of DBAs, developers and testers on a large team based in Dublin but there are fully remote options available as well as flexible working.
You will work on SQL Server databases as well as some AWS and MySQL but majority of the work will be on SQL Server. You will take ownership of and be responsible for the maintenance and operation of relational database instances deployed in on premise, data centre, and cloud environments across different regions worldwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level to senior DBA.
Experience should include -

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or similar
*
Minimum of 3 years experience in a database administrator or database engineer role.
*
Experience managing database instances in live / production environments.
*
In-depth understanding of database performance
*
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
*
Keen attention to detail
*
Ability to work autonomously
