Software Development Lead - Cork

An exciting new role in a growing software house based in Cork has just opened. The role is for an experienced Software Development Lead. This company have been growing rapidly over the last few years, they have a base in Ireland as well as the UK and work on ERP system development.

The role will involve mentoring junior team members, advising on technical guidance and best practise, design and development of cloud roadmaps for clients, support the development of web applications and participate in code review.

You will also partner with business analysts and others across the company. You will implement agile methodology and and ensure the development lifecycle is in line with best practise guidelines.

Experience Required -

* 1+ years of management experience
* 5 years development experience in Oracle Middleware and Database Development.
* Experience with cloud - based infrastructure design and implementation
* Understanding of web services protocols
* Knowledge of web and mobile application development
* Strong leadership and communication skills
