Technical Support Engineer – graduate  required for permanent position by leading IT Services Provider in Dublin city. The successful Technical Support Engineer will join an established team providing remote technical support and onsite support to a large client base working with Active Directory, Security and Backup products among others. The ideal candidate will have completed 6 months’ work experience as part of IT level 7 course or equivalent.  This position offers full training and achievable career progression. What is involved?

·        Work with large client list and varied tech stack

·        Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues

What do you need?

·        IT related Degree or equivalent.

·        6 months work experience/student placement - helpdesk, IT Support, managed services, field support, etc.

·        Windows Server - Active Directory, Exchange

·        Windows OS troubleshooting

·        Hardware device installation and support

·        Full clean driving license
