Senior Infrastructure Delivery Coordinator
We are working with one of Irelands most thought after companies to help them find their next Senior Infrastructure Delivery Coordinator. If you want to focus on service delivery, KPIs and Vendor Management this is the role you have been waiting for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advocate's service and support in projects and develops a strong understanding of projects impacting service areas, ensuring service impact is minimized.
* You will be responsible for, overseeing and evaluates the overall delivery of IT Infrastructure services to the business and acts to address issues when necessary, driving continuous service improvement.
* Responsibility for Infrastructure security and Business Continuity - protection against unauthorized access and/or cyber-attacks - and data security - i.e. backup and recovery.
* Project Management of infrastructure project activity including preparation of cost benefits analysis for budget decision making as required.
* Has a detailed understanding of the service construct and critical metrics (SLAs, KPIs, etc.) to evaluate and review service performance and technical information provided by the service suppliers.
* IT Operations and Service Management, IT infrastructure design and service delivery, or support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, network operations, escalation procedures and related disciplines
* Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
* Proven team player with demonstrable record in working across multidisciplinary teams and functions
Key requirements:
* Vendor Management Experience
* ITIL Methodology
* KPI/SLA and Reporting Experience
* Incident and Change Management Experience
* Strong project management experience
* Experience in the following areas Windows, Linux, Networking, Security, AWS/Azure
