Aspira is currently looking for a Senior Transformation Manager Enterprise Asset Management
(EAM)
Being a Senior Transformation Manager your main goal is to support and enable the digital transformation within the Asset driven Business Areas.
Your main focus is to ensure IT supports the business areas with clear and tangible strategy roadmaps in various IT areas. The role supports EAM roadmap development, execution of strategic initiatives and ensures a strong business dialogue.
You will be working in an international environment supporting various Business Areas in different countries. To be successful it is crucial you have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset and a positive attitude!
Competences:
- Strong educational background, or extensive work life experience, in computer science, civil engineering, finance/economics or similar with IT focus
- At least 10 years’ experience in (senior) management consultancy
- Enterprise Asset Management business knowledge/experience
- Functional knowledge/experience SAP PM/MM
- Strong stakeholder management skills – used to working in close dialogue with senior management
- Ability to communicate and act on a strategical, tactical and operational level
- Fluent English spoken and in writing is a must
