Software Support Engineer:
Job Responsibilities for this role will include:
· Resolve customer issues and trouble shoot them on a daily basis.
· Address technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades.
· Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve any technical problems that might arise.
· Provide training to educate customers about software products.
· Competent in SQL - would be an advantage.
