IT Service Desk Manager

We are working with a multinational finance company based in Dublin who have an immediate role available for an IT Service Desk Manager/Delivery Manager to join the Infrastructure team and lead a group of Service Desk, Desktop and Telephone Support Engineer.
This role is a contract with long term possibilities and the opportunity to take real ownership within a changing team.
Responsibilities:
* Responsibility to deliver SLA and cost targets for a team of Engineer's
* Implementing continuous improvements and organisational changes within the organisation
* Build new metrics & Measurement reporting to improve services
* Primary customer Liaison
What you need:
* Minimum of 3 years management experience in an IT service delivery capacity
* ITIL related qualification and advantage
* Experience managing within a distributed service delivery organisation
