Infrastructure Service Delivery Analyst

I'm working with a well known local company who have expanded rapidly through increased business and acquisitions over the past couple of years. Due to this increased workload they are looking for a talented service delivery analyst who's a specialist in IT Infrastructure tech to join the team.

From the technical side it's important that you have a strong high level grasp of Microsoft Infrastructure. Windows servers, AD, Office 365, VMware and SQL. Also it would be ideal if you've been part of a public cloud migration project.

The important elements of this role are more focused on service delivery management. My clients infrastructure department is structured to work alongside a number of vendor partners. The role will be heavily involved in the management of these partners as well as project management of the teams and when it comes to long term projects like the upcoming cloud migration. The role will also involve change management, incident management and being the final escalation point for technical issues.

This is a mid level position which will grow very quickly and have a great pathway into leadership and a senior role in the future. You'll get to have a huge amount of influence in a small fast paced environment where decisions are made instantly and you can really get to see quick results of your hard work.
