Data Support Developer - Waterford

Great new opportunity opened with my client in Waterford in the financial space. Great for a mid - level developer/engineer to work on big data and cloud technologies.

Your role will involve:

* Operational metrics reporting and support
* Support for Data lake cloud issues
* Scheduling system support
* User Access and Security work
* Release Management Support Activities
* Support existing infrastructure
* ETL Support
* Developing high quality reports using Microsoft BI suite

Experience Needed

* 3rd level qualification in a Computer Science related discipline.
* 3 years+ software development or other relevant experience
* Experience of working in the financial services sector is a bonus
* Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Business Objects, Crystal or LOGIXML is ideal but not essential.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills are required.
* AWS beneficial but not essential
