Desktop Support Engineer

12 Month Contract

Dublin based client

We are working with a Niche company based in Dublin City Centre who have a long term contract role available for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer. They currently support multiple locations and a large user base. The right candidate will need to have experience in a customer/user facing role.

Key Requirements:

* Experience with imaging and configuration of computers for deployment
* Install and configure company standard hardware and applications.
* Experience with Windows 10 and O365 migration and deployment
* Experience with Mobility Support/Office 365, Azure AD Connect, Outlook Exchange & SharePoint Online
* Proven skills in deployment migration and troubleshooting
* O365 mail migration and support
* Clear and accurate communication skills
