PFH Technology seeking a Project Manager for our blue-chip pharmaceutical client based in Cork to manage international stakeholders.
Permanent Position
Responsibilities:
Manage the scoping, planning and delivery of large complex program and deliver within agreed tolerances of scope, time, budget, quality and risk, using defined project management methodology.
Work pro-actively with Business Leads, senior management, end users, vendors and key stakeholders, to plan and achieve the business requirements.
Manage the project budget (Multi Million Euro).
Produce high quality project documentation, including status reports, Steering Committee reports, plans, actions, decisions, risks, issues, incidents, and governance.
Support the Valuation Office Business Leads in Change Control Management and Risk Management.
Work closely with the ICT and procurement units throughout the project.
Execute work assigned as per agreed project plans, directly oversee all aspects of the project life cycle and manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost and quality parameters.
Maintain clear, relevant, accurate work activity reports and meeting minutes.
Assist the business and ICT teams as required to facilitate and enable the project to achieve its objectives.
Deliver presentations in a confident, clear and effective manner to both internal and external audiences including senior stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science is a requirement
Excellent proven background in project management roles – 5+ years
Good problem-solving and communication skills
PMP / Prince qualified
