Senior Software Engineers (Data)

Dublin or Remote

€90K - €110K p/a

Further expansion happening here with plans to hire 3 more engineers at senior (and mid) level. This is a data driven team who recruit extremely high calibre engineers.. they aren't picky on the specifics in your experience, but we're definitely looking for someone who has extensive experience in distributed systems and the able to own their code from design through to deployment. The company is a large multinational offering top benefits/salaries, although the Dublin tech function still maintains a close-knit almost startup type feel. This would be ideal for someone with a real passion for product, someone who possibly has an interest in data engineering.. the role will be primarily Java/API development, but you'll be involved in data processing/ETL/data lakes etc using Scala.

Full commitment for long term remote working, but you'll need to be living in Ireland.

The Person:

* Seasoned software engineer with 5+ years' experience.
* Java/Scala experience would be nice, but we're language agnostic.
* Extensive AWS experience would be very helpful.
* Ability to work at all stages of the SDLC.
* Experience in a data engineering environment would be useful.
* An advocate of best practices.
