Senior Full Stack Software Engineer/Technical Lead – Dublin City/Remote

Based in Dublin City Centre, we have been engaged by a very well known and established eCommerce brand to expand their Development Teams, specifically in the area of Risk based software. This role is to be one of the earliest team members and will give the right candidate significant input into the future shape of the Dublin Risk team.

This role is to work with existing teams in Dublin but also across various global sites (principally the USA) to build specific systems using the LAMP stack although they are language agnostic.

Ideally you’ll have at least 8 years of working across various stacks, have experience in developing scalable systems that can help monitor fraud.

Requirements

·      Significant development experience and product feature development on externally facing web applications and/or full stack enterprise large scale programs

·      Technical lead experience, team mentoring, onboarding and being part of team building

·      Demonstrated leadership, initiative, examples of ideas coming to fruition

·      8+ years of post grad full stack development

·      Full stack skills from PHP (or similar) to front end Javascript

·      Experience in GCP will be ideal but some cloud based deployment knowledge

·      Databases: MySQL and memory caching

·      Fluent written and spoken English
