QA Lead - Kerry

About you:

* Total of 6-7+ years professional Software QA experience with a minimum of 3 years at lead or manager level
* Experience of performance appraisals, training new hires, performance management etc
* Good leader who can collaborate across teams
* Experience working in an Agile Environment
* Strong communication skills
* Hands on Test Automation experience at a Senior level is preferred but not essential
* Experience with many software test automation tools, preferably Egg Plant, Appium or RFT is preferred
* Ability to multi task, use own initiative and work to tight deadlines
* Ability to Troubleshoot and analyse issues while suggesting improvements and workarounds
