What is involved:

·        Guiding the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices

·        Promote continuous improvement across the team

·        Responsibility for resolving impediments

·        Communicate project status and progress including identifying risks, impediments and improvements

·        Drive Scrum methodology across development team

·        Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution

What is required:

·        3+ years as a scrum master for a S/W development team

·        Experience or knowledge of the following agile techniques: TDD, CI/CD, Automation Test

·        Scrum master certification (Desirable)

·        Fully fluent English with excellent communication and mentoring skills
