Head of IT required to join a well-known multinational banking and financial services company based in Dublin City. The Head of IT will be responsible for oversight and execution of all technology services in Ireland.

Responsibilities

·        Act as the relationship manager between the business and the global Technology teams and 3rd party service providers

·        Advise, and execute the technology strategy and roadmap

·        Champion new technologies to support the growth of the global businesses

·        Risk management, oversight and resolution of technology and cyber security issues

·        Cost management and people management for the Irish IT function

·        Manage communications with external and regulatory bodies with regards to technology and cyber security

Requirements           

·        Broad technology experience, including managing third party providers

·        Strong understanding of the technology and cyber security risks within Global Banking / Finance

·        Experience in coordinating and presenting at a Board / Committee level

·        Exceptional stakeholder management experience
